Homemade paneer

Paneer is very popular in india....especially for vegetarians.......not only vegetarians now a days so many people are liking paneer dishes,even I like to eat and make different recipes with paneer.

               We can make lot of dishes with paneer........paneer is easily available in supermarkets but some people like to make homemade paneer,even I don't like store bought paneer......we can store this in freezer for 2 to 3 months.

                   We can make kadhai paneer, butter paneer,chilly paneer, shahi Paneer etc., I'm going to post more paneer recipes in my blog.

Ingredients :

Milk : 1 liter
Lemon juice/veniger : 1 1/2 TABLE SPOONS

Method :

1)boil milk in a pan,while milk is boiling add lemon juice and stir it well.

2)let the milk curdle

3)now take a muslin cloth pour curdled milk to it.

4)now tie like a pouch and place this pouch on clean surface then put a weight on it and leave for 1 hour.
(I filled water in big vessel and used as weight)

5)now unwrap the cloth and paneer is ready.

6)cut into pieces and use as per your wish.
 First boil milk
 While milk is boiling add lemon juice and stir nicely
 Milk is curdling now
 Now take muslin cloth pour cuddled milk into it
 Tie it like this

 now put weight on this pouch (i filled water in a big vessel) and leave for 1 hour....
             
                           
Now paneer is ready!!!!cut into pieces and use as per your wish.
