onion raita/perugu pachhadi recipe




Onion raita is very good combination for egg biryani,vegetable dum biriyani,chicken biryani etc., without this raita my biryani is incomplete.whenever I prepare biryani this raita is common dish in our menu.

          Today thought to share here in my blog,few days back I prepared chicken biryani for lunch,( I will post it in next post,so stay tuned) I served this raita with chicken biryani.

             There are so many types of raitas are there I sure post them soon....but making onion raita is so simple and easy.

Ingredients :

Medium sliced onions : 2
Green chilly  chopped : 1
Coriander leaves : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Curd : 200 ml
Water : 50 ml
Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tea spoon

Method :

Take a bowl add all ingredients into it (eexcept curd)and mix well

Now add curd and water mix well and serve.
Take your ingredients

Add ingredients to bowl

Mix well

Add curd

Mix well

Serve
