SEMIYA PAL ICE/VERMICELLI POPSICLES RECIPE


 If you are a 80's or 90's kid then I'm sure you definitely know about these semiya pal ice. Eating these popsicles in childhood was really fun. It was cheap than other popsicles too. I wanted to recollect my childhood memories so made these yummy vermicelli popsicles and they turned super delicious. Now a days I don't whether they are in market or not. If I find them in shops also I'm sure taste will not be good as before.

       Making these semiya pal is so simple and easy. You need only 4 ingredients to make these tasty popsicles. I'm sure your kids will definitely love them. Then why are you waiting for..... Try this recipe today and let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients :

Milk : 500 ml
Vermicelli/semiya : 1/4 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup /100 grams
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon

Method :

First boil milk then add vermicelli and stir continuously till vermicelli turns soft.

Now add sugar and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame

Now add vanilla essence and give it a nice stir 

Let the mixture cool completely then pour this mixture into popsicle molds and put sticks

Now freeze them for 6 to 8 hours in freezer

Now take popsicle mold from freezer Put under running water for few seconds and gently remove popsicles and serve.

Boil milk

Add vermicelli

Stir it

Cook till vermicelli gets soft

Add sugar

Cook  for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame

Add vanilla essence

Stir it well and let it cool completely

Pour this mixture into popsicle molds

Put the sticks

Freeze for 6 to 8 hours

Put under tap water for few seconds

Demold them gently

Enjoy!!!!!
